Terms of service

These terms cover purchases from getmynah.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If something here clashes with a sales agreement we've signed separately, the signed agreement wins.

What you're buying

A one-time license to a downloadable kit — prompts, skills, workflow documents, and templates — for use inside your own business or, if you're an agency or consultant, inside a single client engagement at a time. You can fork, customize, and integrate the contents however you need.

You can't resell the kit, republish it on a marketplace, or distribute it as part of a competing toolkit product. The full terms are in The Mynah License, also bundled inside each kit as LICENSE.md.

Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars and processed through Stripe. Stripe Tax handles sales tax / VAT where applicable. Failed or chargeback transactions will revoke download access for the affected order.

Downloads

Each order receives time-limited download links — typically valid for 48 hours from the moment your payment clears, with a small number of fetches per link. Links expired or used up? Email us and we'll regenerate.

Ownership & license

Mynah kits are one-time purchases you own forever — all sales are final. See The Mynah License for the full terms.

Updates to a kit

If we ship a meaningful update to a kit you've purchased, you'll get access to the new version at no charge for the same edition. Major new SKUs are separate purchases.

Liability

Mynah is sold as-is. We aim for it to work and be useful, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, email customers with active orders.
