Privacy

Mynah is a small operation selling downloadable kits. We collect the minimum we need to take your money, deliver your purchase, and answer your support questions. We don't sell or share your data.

What we collect

• Email address. Used to deliver your fulfillment email, account-recovery links, and product updates if you've opted into those.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. Stripe gives us a token, an order amount, and a payment status.
• Order history. Which kits you've bought, when, and the public order ID we use to scope your download grants.
• Server logs. IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status. Retained for 30 days for debugging and abuse mitigation.

What we don't collect

• We don't run advertising trackers.
• We don't sell your email to anyone, ever.
• We don't profile your reading inside /learn/ — page views go to a privacy-friendly analytics service that doesn't set cookies.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Mailgun — transactional email delivery.
• Posthog — privacy-friendly traffic stats.

Your rights

Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account and we'll:

• Send you a copy of everything we have on you.
• Delete your account and order history on request (you keep the kits you've downloaded).
• Correct anything that's wrong.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to remember what's in your cart between page loads, and a CSRF cookie to keep form submissions safe. That's it — no advertising or tracking cookies.
