Do I need my own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini subscription? +

Yes. Mynah isn't an app and it isn't an AI — it's the system you drop into the AI tool you already use (or are about to). You bring Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini; the kit teaches it your brand, your customer, and your editorial process so the output actually sounds like you.

If you don't have a tool yet, that's fine — the kit walks you through picking one and getting set up before you run anything.

Which platforms can I buy a kit for? +

All five editions are available now: Claude Code, Claude Pro, Claude Co-Work, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Each edition is built for that specific environment — the Claude Code edition ships as ready-to-run skills with slash commands, the Claude Pro edition packages each editorial step as a Claude skill you add once and trigger by asking in plain language, the Co-Work edition is built around a project folder it reads and writes for you, the ChatGPT edition sets up a Custom GPT with the skills as Knowledge files, and the Gemini edition does the same with a Gem.

The methodology is identical across all of them; only the setup steps change.

Do I need to be technical to use this? +

For most editions, no. The Claude Pro and Claude Co-Work kits are run by talking to the AI in plain language — no terminal, no code, no files to manage by hand.

The one exception is the Claude Code edition, which is built for people comfortable in a command line and says so plainly on its product page. If that's not you, pick the Claude Pro edition instead.

Isn't this just a list of prompts I could write myself? +

No. A prompt pack hands you a pile of one-off prompts and wishes you luck. Mynah is a system: five setup exercises that teach the AI your brand voice, customer, mission, positioning, and a panel of reviewers — then a connected pipeline of skills that take a piece of content from idea to draft to finished social posts, all reading from those foundation documents.

The prompts are the easy part. The order they run in, what they hand off to each other, and the brand foundation underneath them is the part that takes weeks to build yourself.

How do I get my files, and what if my download link expires? +

The moment your payment clears you get a download link, and we set up an account for you under the same email — you'll get a quick link to choose a password. From your account you can re-download everything you've bought, anytime, so a lost file or an expired link is never a problem.

If a download link does expire or break, email [email protected] and we'll regenerate it for free. That's service, not a refund.

Can I get a refund? +

Because Mynah kits are downloads you own forever, all sales are final — there's no refund window. But we're a small team and we'd rather hear from you: if something's genuinely wrong (wrong edition, a file won't open, a broken download), email [email protected] and we'll make it right.
